We have tried to answer the most common questions.
What comes with my CRASH Jewelry purchase?
We wrap every CRASH Jewelry item in a soft muslin cotton bag, organza sheer bag, or silky satin bag which is then placed inside a black recycled kraft jewelry box with our stamped logo. Every item comes with a CRASH Jewelry Registration Card that includes make, model, color, designer, the CRASH VIN, and a notes section for additional details.
How do I care for my CRASH Jewelry?
The easiest way to care for your CRASH Jewelry is to clean with car polish or detail spray. Use a soft cloth with a dollop of liquid car polish and rub gently. You can polish the entire piece including any metals that have been used as embellishments, e.g., brass, stainless steel, silver or gold. Do not use car polish on gemstones or minerals.
Why is my item scratched?
Every item of jewelry we make comes from cars that have been in minor accidents. Sometimes there are scratches or dings in the metal. We polish as much as we can but every so often there is nothing to be done. If this type of thing bothers you then we suggest not purchasing a CRASH jewelry piece.
Was anyone hurt?
No, we only use metal from cars that have been in slight fender-benders.

How long will my order take?
The shipping timeline depends on our inventory. If the item is in stock, we can usually ship it within one day. However, since we do not mass-produce our jewelry, it may take 3 to 5 business days before we can ship your order.
If you need your item sooner, we recommend contacting us at hello@crashjewelry.com.
Do you do special orders?
Absolutely! If you are partial to a particular car or color, simply send us an email and we will try to accommodate you. Please note: there is a 20% sale percentage fee for special orders. For example, if the special order is $100, we will charge a $20 fee. Thank you for understanding!
Can you do large orders?
Absolutely! With sufficient lead time, we can accommodate most large orders. In fact, we've collaborated with numerous businesses and non-profits that have requested the creation of 200 or more pieces of jewelry for their customers, friends, or clients.

How do I know what size cuff to order?
Please visit our sizing information page that explains how to measure and select your size. If this is a gift, please email us at hello@crashjewelry.com, and we'll help you figure it out.
Shipping & Returns
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift Cards, cuffs sized LARGE, i.e., 7" or larger. Cuffs that are sized SMALL 5.25" and under, cuffs that have anything laser engraved or hand-engraved on the backside (inside of the cuff.) No exceptions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or fall outside the abovementioned policies. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@crashjewelry.com and send your item to: 2320 Sawtelle Blvd. Los Angeles California US 90064.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Orders
We ship DDU or Delivered Duty Unpaid for International orders. This means the customer is responsible for paying the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes. All Customs must be paid for the shipment to be released after it arrives.
