Porsche 911 Racing Tire Cuff
Our Racing Tire Cuff was inspired by the Cinturato low-profile P7, which was officially launched onto the market in 1976 in the road version and is still considered one of the best 'sporting tires for the road.'
This version was adopted on the Porsche 911 Carrera Turbo, followed in 1976 by the Lamborghini Urraco and Countach and the De Tomaso Pantera.
Thus, we found it fitting that our adaptation of the Cinturato P7 tire tread be placed onto the metal of a black Porsche 911S. A laser engraver was employed to create the intricate tire tread pattern into and through the dark paint to expose the bare metal underneath, which provides a rich contrast to the original factory paint.
It is not easy to take car metal and turn it into beautiful jewelry. Our artists spend a lot of time ensuring that each CRASH item meets our high standards for quality and design.
We engrave the inside of the cuff with the name of the car it came from, along with our custom logo and CRASH VIN. All CRASH jewelry is one-of-a-kind and handmade in our studio, based in a body shop in Los Angeles. Your order will arrive in custom CRASH packaging with a Registration Card. 1" wide
